4. You can also check for resume templates in your Jobseeker Dashboard to make your profile more desirable.

Upon receipt of your application, your cv is checked carefully by the HR department. If your skills match the appropriate requirement of the job profile, we firstly share the Job Description with you and after receiving your acknowledgment, we share the resume with the company or recruiter for further proceedings.

You can update who can see your profile by opening "User Profile" in your dashboard. Click on the "Update Public Profile" option and you have the following two options for your profile status.
